Procedures

Anyone wishing to receive help from the Tayside Wheelchair Outreach project is required to fill in a referral form.These can be obtained by contacting the project. (The details can be found on the Contact Us page of this web site.)

Once the referral form has been received, there will be a series of steps taken in order to provide the best possible service.
All this will be carried out by fully trained staff who will provide impartial advice.

Any equipment provided by the project will have a minimum of six months warranty. They will also be able to advise on repairs, servicing and insurance on all mobility devices.
